I would like to share my experience with Mega Pass, if it might be useful to someone. Due to a technical problem with the site's software, I was unable to send my attraction selections after paying for 2 passes. This made me nervous, especially since I had no communication with the site. When Nihan, a representative of the site, contacted me, I was fascinated by his expert assistance. With his help, all my requirements and problems were quickly resolved, despite the fact that new and new problems constantly arose, mainly of a technical nature. I wish every Mega Pass voucher holder the chance to be served by Nihan. As far as I understood, he is Turkish, very caring and empathetic! My time to visit Dubai is limited and if it weren't for Nihan, my wife and I would have missed interesting attractions, due to the great interest and the need for prior blocking. Everything was smooth, fast, and easy. Tickets arrived right after booking, and all entries were accepted without a single issue. The Dhow Cruise dinner was magical, and Burj Khalifa at night… absolutely stunning. Five stars well deserved!

Everything was fine except the Sky Views ticket didn’t show the QR code. I had to call support to resend it. The attractions were nice, but the stress before each entry made it less enjoyable. I’d use it again only if it’s more user-friendly.

Customer service was kind but slow. It took a full day to confirm my attraction times. The eSIM worked fine after setup, but instructions weren’t clear at all. For a first-time visitor, it felt like too much hassle for something that should be simple.
