Due to their own mistake, I did not receive prepaid tickets for Istanbul monuments in time. When I mentioned this to them by email, they admitted their mistake, apologized and gave me a full refund. Although I didn't get to see the monuments because I was leaving the next day, when I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely prefer them. I am sure that I will be served perfectly.
