We entered without waiting in the long queue, and the audio guide was full of fascinating details about the mosque’s history and architecture. Went to the Hagia Sophia skip the line guided tour with Cenker Yüksel. He was a fantastic guide, very informative, friendly, and great sense of humor when appropriate!! Walked around with him after the tour trying to find some cold Powerades to combat the heat and thirst. Lovely time.

Istanbul - Topkapi Palace - slightly nerve racking trying to find the Chimney Bisto to collect our tickets but eventually found and procedure inside to collect the tickets went well. Route Guide to the Palace from the Bistro informative and saw us everyone through security. Our other visits with QR Code entry went smoothly. We understand the Topkapi Palace does not have the equipement yet in place to scan QR codes but should be ok for 2026

We did a Hagia Sofia tour with the amazing tour guide Buse. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and just a joy to be around. Highly recommend.

Faik, our guide, made the tour very enjoyable. He took us through the 3 attractions and carefully explained the details of the meet up places. He paid attention to the elder person we were travelling with, and made sure all members of the group were able to listen to the explanations. We also had time to each venue to explore the place by ourselves and take photos. He gave us a great overview of the history and supported them with photos. Thank you Faik!

Me with my friends had a very nice and interesting tour in Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern on Friday 25/10. For visitors who really want to learn something more than the touristic surface of the city, I think this tour is a very good choice. Especially Arda, our guide, was helpful and contributed very much on this. He fully answered in all the questions and gave us "food for thought". We had a 3h tour guide on 12.06.24 at 10am (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Cistern Basilica) with Buse, who we highly recommend. She is passionate, sweet, and very patient. She was answering all of my questions, and it was a great exchange. Our group was roughly 15px and it was easy to follow her and listen to her. Buse: please keep your energy and passion 😘

Our guide  was very knowledgeable, witty, and well-organized. He showed us a lot of hidden gems inside Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. Our guide kept the focus of the group by asking some basic questions about the history and culture of the monuments we were visiting. One of the fastest way to get tickets. While these were only cheaper by 5€ overall, it was the ease of waiting in the security line and ordering these, and not having to stand in a separate line for tickets first and then security.

Compramos la entrada conjunta a Hagia Sophia y la Cisterna, nos llegaron el dia antes de la visita. El dia de la visita fuimos directamente a la entrada, solo teníamos unas 20 personas por delante, mientras en la otra cola había más de 100 personas, mostramos la entrada y realizamos nuestra visita. Megapass is a good option for istanbul. They sent our ticket before we arrive and also we were offered guided tours. We visited Hagia Sophia Basilica Cistern and Blue Mosque. The team was very nice and tour guide was knowledgeable. For some tours we prefered guided tour but for some we used only ticket. Nice options !!!!

We booked an incredible skip-the-line tour to the beautiful and iconic Hagia Sophia. This included an hour tour of the area around the mosque, as the tour guide could not come inside with us. We loved learning about the history of the sights around us and the mosque itself. There is an audio guide to listen to as you go through the mosque that comes with the tour. Our guide was very fun and knowledgeable, and taught us things we weren’t expecting. He was very vibrant and clearly knew a lot about the city with some fun facts and tidbits we couldn’t have gotten from anyone else! Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!

El orden y las explicaciones de cada sección del museo, permite disfrutar de un paseo por la Historia de la Humanidad. Tiene actividades dedicadas a los chicos, lo cual lo hace atractivo para toda la familia. En la cafetería se puede disfrutar de un rico café acompañado por alguna croisant, mientras se descansa un momento. Lo recomiendo visitar con mucho tiempo, porque hay demasiado por conocer para hacer una visita breve.

Had an amazing experience with our knowledgeable and engaging tour guide Arda (Arthur) who is a supervisor of these tours with much experience. He was so accommodating and flexible when we got our tour times mixed up, and found a solution immediately. He is a wealth of knowledge and I’d 100% recommend this tour.

Guide gave us a fantastic tour with lots of enthusiasm of the Blue Mosque, the cisterns, and the Hagia Sophia. We had Bluetooth headphones, so we could hear easily. He interacted with all the guests, especially the little kids, which was nice. He kept us on schedule despite a large group and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend it.

Thoughtful, funny and well researched is how I would describe the tour. It is much better to do the tour with someone else obtaining tickets and explaining the history than to try and do it yourself. It’s worth the money especially if you get someone fun like Giancarlo.

Even though we did the whole tour in the rain, it was still an incredible experience and we loved every second. Our tour guide, Adi, was the best! After comparing several tourist passes I chose this one, and very well. You save money, and especially time in queues, and you gain facilities. All the instructions sent to you on the first day with the card are very clear, although sometimes meeting points are somewhat difficult to find, so it is important to arrive about 10 minutes early to avoid problems. Customer service works phenomenal, we had a problem that we lost the Sunset Cruise and changed it the next day without problem. Also very useful is the transportation card that is used a lot and then you can easily recharge it if you exhaust the 5 trips. Highly recommended.

The Megapass system worked well and gave us access to the best experiences. The price was fair, slightly cheaper than booking things individually. The only problem was with the audioguides which never really worked properly - they really needed constant wifi access, which wasn't available. Downloading them in advance didn't work for us. All the megapass people we met were really helpful.

The top attractions are available in this pass along with the travel card and Bosphorus cruise. It’s totally worth the price as we don't have to stand in long queues. We had to just go to their booth near topkapi to get the guide. The guide was excellent and knowledgeable about topkapi palace. He gave us an elaborate tour of the palace. We had options to use audio guide at other attractions which was helpful. It was very convenient to walk along with the guide to the bosphorus cruise without them we would not have reached the boarding location on time.

My friends and I spent 5 days in Istanbul and bought the cheapest megapass. It was enough for a quiet leisurely walk. We visited two palaces and took a Bosphorus tour. We liked everything, except that the ship was too crowded with people, there was not enough space on the second floor. But this did not spoil our trip, we enjoyed the views from the back deck, and on the way back we drank beer on the first floor. The instructions were clear, the line at the blue kiosk was not long, and everyone spoke excellent English.

I bought the 7-day Mega Pass for two major attractions and found it was a great deal. I selected the Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace, but what was great was the other sites included in the Pass, which were the Blue Mosque guided tour (our guide was awesome and hilarious!) and the Bosphorus Boat tour, which, though a bit overcrowded was still a blast and beautiful, and also five passes to take public transport The total cost was 98 Euros but considering what each ticket would have cost had I purchased separately, I believe I would have paid the same if not more, with a lot more hassle. Here everything was in one place and very comprehensive. This is the second city I have purchased Mega Pass in and would gladly do it again!

The mega pass was really useful to be quick and bypass the queues, in the blue Mosque Ali was a superb tour guide for our group of 8 people (Italian, Spanish, Japanese) and he explained a lot about the place, its history and some curiosities about Istanbul. The pass was Really convenient for the Cistern, too. No queues for us. I suggest you include the hamam among the choices of mega pass and add a 30 minute massage for ONLY 20 euros. È stato comodo comprare con una sola transazione economica molte attrazioni a Istanbul. Alcune anche con salta fila. Discutibili le audio guide, non aggiornate o da ritirare in un caso in un posto che non esiste. L'unica guida fisica è stata un giovane per la moschea blu, molto simpatico... ma si poteva fare qlcs in più. Bene quindi ma non benissimo...

Great offer, fast and easy order processing, helpfull information material. What can be done better: reservation made should be shawn on the ticket, the ticket for Topkapi palace should have one service date (not from to) and for meeting point I would use "Topkapi Cafe" instead of "Chimney Bistro" (is easier to find).

First time we use MegaPass and it proved to be a great success for us. Using MegaPass gives you the flexibility to design your own itinerary and spend time in the places you are mainly interested in. It gave us the skip the line advantage in every point of interest as well as the convenience of either the Hop on Hop off option and the Public Tram to go from one place to another.

We had mega pass experience for our istanbul trip, it was a great experience and we had good days with the trip, we had topkapi palace visits, bosphorus dinner cruise, hop on hop off bus and hagia sophia ticket, it is so easy to accommodate with our daily plan as the ticket can be adjusted, overall is recommended

I purchased the MegaPass in advance of my trip, which allowed me to avoid lines for ticket purchases. I selected the one that allowed entries to six attractions as we stayed in the city only for four days. You must download all the QR codes to enter each site. Some sites require a fixed time for entry, while others can be visited anytime during the day. The MegaPass also includes the Istanbul pass, which is useful for travel on trams, buses, metros, and ferries. We had to add more funds to continue using the card, making it a worthwhile investment. Please note that tickets are not delivered to your hotel as stated on their website; you have to go to the designated site, which was easy to find.

We had the Megapass with four additional attractions (so all in all six attractions), which is quite enough four five days as you will have to queue at and in the great main sights. What we really liked were the download audio guides which were included. For the Blue Mosque (=Sultanahmed Mosque) and the Topkapi Palace we met a guide in person (guided tour with head sets at the Blue Mosque , for the Topkapi only escort to the Harem, then audio guide). Everything worked well. And you do not have to queue for the tickets and then queue again for the safety check and entry. So in fact you spare one queue. But be prepared that there will be queues! Some more information about the included Istanbul card would have been useful. It is easy to handle, though. We visited Istanbul in April 2025. At that time the fare for a tram ride was 27 TL, for a ride on the Marmaray 54 TL, for a ride on the metro 27 TL. When you have to change the public transport you will have to pay again as you exit the first and then enter the second means of transport. So for example a ride with the Marmaray to the Asian side and then by metro to the airport will cost you 54 TL + 27 TL. The guide told us you could use the Istanbul card also for some public toilets which cost 5 TL, but we did not try it. We did some research in order to decide which tourist pass was best for us. We were very happy with our choice!

Sur llace vois devez faire la queue pour acheter les billets puis pour la visite avec le pass vous avez déjà les billets donc gain de temps et certaines visites on passe soit par une autre entrée soit une file différente

We were delighted with our experience of MegaPass in Istanbul. We opted for the Premium pass and the skip the line tickets and audio guides were great. We were so glad we did not book guided tours as some of the groups had 80 to 100 people in them. The guide for the Asian side tour (just 6 of us) was very good. We had one small problem with the travel pass ticket but it was solved in 30 mins by the support team. We could not have expected a better experience and would use the service again.

We took a tour with Ali on the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cisterns and Hagia Sophia. Ali's guiding was great, giving a lot of interesting information from a purely historical and neutral perspective (a greek in Istanbul can highly appreciate this!). He answered our questions on religious and social matters as well, which helped us understand the place a bit more. Would totally recommend! 👌

We used megapass for our tours which was super simple. They coordinated everything well and were available on WhatsApp to quickly communicate. The 5 free transit passes were great additions. Actually we had a guided tour with Fayik at the Blue Mosque where we learned a lot about the Ottoman Empire, and actually we got to learn a lot about the history of the mosque. He is a friendly guide who actually answers questions and is knowledgeable and by the way.

Covers main attractions and saves you money if you use enough on enough sites. Gives quick entry into some sites.

we found it very useful to have purchased this pass for the entrances to the various monuments. At the Topkapi Palace it would perhaps be necessary to also have the guide, as happened for the Blue Mosque.

Mega Pass is legit. We skipped the ticket lines that were hundreds of meters long in the matter of minutes. As I said in the title, it’s great value for the money spent.

Going sightseeing in Istanbul can be a bit confusing. You book all activities in advance and get all tickets the day before everything starts. Kiosk is easy to find and the team are very helpful. Tips: some QR tickets let you through, for others you need to go to the kiosk and get the paper ticket + follow the tour guide. The 3pm cruise actually starts at 3:30pm. Once you add up all the money from buying activities individually you get to see how cost effective this pass is. Highly recommend!

I got a Premium Pass for Istanbul and found it to be a good value for seeing Istanbul's most famous attractions. Getting to see these sites and skipping the queues, while also getting the Bosporus cruise, Dolmabahce Palace, and an Istanbulkart with 5 included transit rides, was a good experience and saved me time and money. The audio tour guides were also well-narrated and had good commentary. A couple improvements could be made. First, the instructions for coming to the meeting point before tours and to get the Istanbulkart could be simpler and more clear. Second, for downloading the audio guides there should be a way to be able to save them after downloading, as the files might not be playable in places with no data reception (like in the Basilica Cistern).

We were very happy with the Megapass experience. They helped us quickly with all the questions we had. Very good value for money.

Megapass for Istanbul saved us time and money and I would use again!!

The pass covers the popular activities, but some of them require you to go to a stall and wait for a guide who takes a large group to the gate. 

We were pleased with our card: it gave us access to all the places we wanted to see, and really valuable in enabling us to skip the queues. 

Très pratique, les personnes qui s’occupent du megapass sont hyper réactifs pour vous aider, hyper facile à gérer (c était une 1ere pour moi et un peu inquiète) ppur les lieux de rendez-vous c’est toujours à côté des monuments, les coupe file sont indispensables, car cela evite au moins les longues quêtes pour acheter le billet car après il y a la longue queue pour les contrôles, plus une petite économie..je recommande vivement

Overall, the MegaPass market was a satisfactory purchase. Its great advantage is that you avoid queues for tickets at every attraction. The only problem noticed was the not so good recorded tour that accompanies some of the tickets. The communication with the headquarters, through "whats app", to solve a problem that occurred during the tour was fast and satisfactory, so that no problem was created in the planning of our tours.

Very handy to have all tickets in advance. However some were valid via the QR code alone whilst others needed to be converted into a paper ticket at a different place from the venue in question, which was not always convenient. But overall I'm glad I bought the Megapasss.

The Mega Pass simplified our planning while in Istanbul along with saving us money! The pass included all the top sights that we had wanted to see and we didn’t have to stand in line for tickets, we could just meet a guide in some places and others just walk in ourselves. It was a great value, especially if you take advantage of everything offered with the pass. We hadn’t planned on doing some of the things included when planning our trip like the Whirling Dervishes Ceremony, but went because it was included in the pass and were glad we did then! This pass is so brilliant - we made use of every aingle activity over 3 days - and it worked out good value. The details were helpful - some start instructions could be match Google maps locations but we found everything.

We went to visit the blue mosque in Istanbul, and our guide was Mehmet! From the start a very friendly and open person, easy to approach and ask all kind of questions. During the tour it was clear he was very knowledgeable and insightful. He taught us some useful Turkish words, and also compiled a document with places and sites to visit during the stay. I enjoyed the tour, learned a lot, and the guide was definitely a huge part in that learning experience!

We bought our pass for Istanbul and used the skip the line and Audio guide option in the main. This worked realy well and when we had a small problem it was dealt with very quickly. We would highly recommend MegaPass and will use them in other cities should they have a set up there

I used Megapass for a day visit to the land of legends Antalya. I can recommend this service, I reserved it via the website and I received the reservation voucher. Then one day before my trip, they shared the hotel p8ckup time. The entrance was smooth and easy. I asked Megapass to prepare a late transportation (11pm). They prepared a private luxurious taxi to pick us up. I have nothing but positive feedback. Also, I have to appreciate the amazing support I got from Cenk, he was so helpful and supportive. He responded to my inquires and made preparations for me even out of his usual working business hours

Everything was going pretty well, I took the megapass deluxe for Istanbul I have some advice: - Bosphorus cruise, in the package at the end there are 3 types of cruises (yacht, dinner and the classic.) they are all the same from the point of view of the route so I recommend converting at least 1 towards the golden horn. - Guides, being Italian I would have liked a guide who spoke Italian especially for my elderly parents.

- All bookings in the Istanbul megapass worked without any Problems - Each Event happened as described and planned - Guides have been competent and friendly

I recently visited Istanbul and decided to get the Istanbul Megapass — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip! The pass gave me access to so many top attractions, including Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Bosphorus Cruise, and even a Whirling Dervish show. What I loved most was how easy it made everything: no need to stand in long lines for tickets, and having a guide at the main sites was a big plus.

Absolutely loved the tour experience with Haluk, it was wonderful. He knew all about the history of each location, was exceptional and patient with his descriptions and it was an absolute pleasure to join him. I wouldn’t have known so much about the region and its origins without his help!! He kept us engaged with every historical explanation of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern - and it honestly was the highlight of our trip.

A wonderful tour of the blue mosque with Haluk. He skillfully weaved together historical facts, personal anecdotes, and cultural insights, bringing the mosque's rich history to life. We left the mosque with a much greater appreciation for its beauty, significance, and place in Istanbul's history.
