Went to the Hagia Sophia skip the line guided tour with Cenker Yüksel. He was a fantastic guide, very informative, friendly, and great sense of humor when appropriate!! Walked around with him after the tour trying to find some cold Powerades to combat the heat and thirst. Lovely time.

Best experience I have had so far with ticketing agencies. The customer service team is very kind and helpful, responding promptly to all inquiries. Deniz even arranged me to be able to pick up the Istanbul card at the airport instead of their meeting point in the city centre. Haluk, the Asian Walking Tour Guide was also very informative, kind and entertaining - introduced me to the Rake tradition and had a lovely chat about culture, literature, history, customs and traditions. I can highly recommend these guys. 🙏🏻

Wij hebben een fantastische dag gehad met onze gids Arda. Het was heel fijn om Istanbul door de ogen van de bewoners te leren kennen. De staff was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was zeer de moeite waard en de tour was uiteindelijk voordeliger dan wanneer we alle bezienswaardigheden op onszelf zouden hebben bezocht.

We booked the 3 hour tour of the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Grand Mosque. Our guide Cenker was absolutely brilliant, full of interesting facts and knowledge. He made the tour feel very personal even though the group size was around 14 people. We would highly recommend a tour with Megapass and especially Cenker! Great job and a Turkish treasure.

Had an amazing experience with our knowledgeable and engaging tour guide Arda (Arthur) who is a supervisor of these tours with much experience. He was so accommodating and flexible when we got our tour times mixed up, and found a solution immediately. He is a wealth of knowledge and I’d 100% recommend this tour.
Guide gave us a fantastic tour with lots of enthusiasm of the Blue Mosque, the cisterns, and the Hagia Sophia. We had Bluetooth headphones, so we could hear easily. He interacted with all the guests, especially the little kids, which was nice. He kept us on schedule despite a large group and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend it.
Guide was a patient and thorough guide. Lots of interesting facts and history about Istanbul. He did a great job herding a diverse group of visitors.
Thoughtful, funny and well researched is how I would describe the tour. It is much better to do the tour with someone else obtaining tickets and explaining the history than to try and do it yourself. It’s worth the money especially if you get someone fun like Giancarlo.

I joined a tour led by Ali to the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia. It was very impressive also due to Ali‘s knowledge he shared with us. We could see everything and even the waiting times in the queue didn’t get boring as Ali was telling us about the history of this fabulous city. Thus, I can only recommend 😊

I highly recommend the Asian Side walking tour! Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming and shared many great recommendations for places to eat in Kadiköy as well as local history. I had a brilliant time and would recommend the tour to anyone who wants to learn more about this less touristed pet of Istanbul. Also, the ferry ride is stunning!

Mehmet was a great guide, very knowledgeable and respectful to other religions. Plenty of time was given to be able to take photos with out feeling rushed. The audio set was comfortable and clear to hear commentary. People joined or left the tour at various stages depending on which package they had bought. Would recommend this tour.
