The Wawel Castle guided tour was impressive. The audio guide and e-sim helped us a lot during our trip.

The pass was fine but not outstanding. I joined the Schindler’s Factory tour, which was interesting, but the group felt a bit too large, so it was harder to follow everything. The audio guide around the city worked, though sometimes it was very basic and repeated common facts. Overall it was convenient, but I think the experience could have been a bit more polished.
The audio guide was surprisingly good! I used it while walking around the old town — loved the stories about the market square and st. mary’s church.

i was surprised how smooth everything worked. tickets arrived on time, and the e-sim was super useful since i didn’t have mobile data otherwise.
Very easy to use. I picked the Auschwitz tour, everything was well organized and transfers were on time.
the bus never came when i thought it would… turns out i was at the wrong stop 😂 still, great day once i figured it out.
