The pass works everywhere. Used it for the Palace, the island tour, the Gondola, and the Vaporetto with no issues. The 72-hour transport pass is the real hero here for getting around the whole lagoon.

The pass itself provides excellent convenience and the sights included are top-notch. I did run into a minor problem when the Murano tour was running late. Unfortunately, the customer service response took too long to resolve the issue. The attractions were great, but the logistics could be better managed.

Very satisfied, but the queue for the Murano/Burano boat tour was still a bit long, even with the pass. The priority entry at Doge's Palace and the Gondola booking were flawless, however. Great product.

The pass is excellent, but I recommend checking the Gondola Ride booking process beforehand, as the time slots were a bit confusing for us initially. Doge's Palace entry was easy, though. Good value.
