Fantastic pass, great inclusions and the digital entry was smooth sailing all the way. But I think the pre-booking for the island boat tour should have clearer instructions on the meeting point. That's my only small critique. The rest of the benefits were flawless.

Great value, but the boat commentary during the island tour was sometimes hard to hear over the engine noise. The digital entry for the attractions was very smooth, though. Highly recommend the Palace entry.

Unfortunately, the customer service response took too long to resolve the issue. The attractions were great, but the logistics could be better managed.
