I would only give three stars because the main tour option I wanted (the full-day Green Tour) was fully booked when I tried to reserve it two days out. The pass itself is fine, but the booking system for popular tours needs to be more reliable or should offer greater capacity.
The included entries for sites like the museum alone saved us so much time, especially during peak afternoon hours. Simple and efficient, a decent value for the essential entries.
Great for first-time visitors who only want to see the main, unmissable highlights of Cappadocia without the commitment of a huge, expensive pass.
Everything worked as advertised. The pass provided instant access to the Goreme Open-Air Museum, and greatly reduced our waiting time. A good purchase for sightseeing.
The digital pass worked well for attraction entry, but the customer support on WhatsApp was extremely slow. It took over 4 hours to get a simple question answered about the validity period, which made us lose half a morning of planning. Good pass, but the back-end support is lacking.
