I would like to share my experience with Mega Pass, if it might be useful to someone. Due to a technical problem with the site's software, I was unable to send my attraction selections after paying for 2 passes. This made me nervous, especially since I had no communication with the site. When Nihan, a representative of the site, contacted me, I was fascinated by his expert assistance. With his help, all my requirements and problems were quickly resolved, despite the fact that new and new problems constantly arose, mainly of a technical nature. I wish every Mega Pass voucher holder the chance to be served by Nihan. As far as I understood, he is Turkish, very caring and empathetic! My time to visit Dubai is limited and if it weren't for Nihan, my wife and I would have missed interesting attractions, due to the great interest and the need for prior blocking.
