I would like to share my experience with Mega Pass, if it might be useful to someone. Due to a technical problem with the site's software, I was unable to send my attraction selections after paying for 2 passes. This made me nervous, especially since I had no communication with the site. When Nihan, a representative of the site, contacted me, I was fascinated by his expert assistance. With his help, all my requirements and problems were quickly resolved, despite the fact that new and new problems constantly arose, mainly of a technical nature. I wish every Mega Pass voucher holder the chance to be served by Nihan. As far as I understood, he is Turkish, very caring and empathetic! My time to visit Dubai is limited and if it weren't for Nihan, my wife and I would have missed interesting attractions, due to the great interest and the need for prior blocking. The best was the Red Dunes Safary and the guys that lead that called Waqas was amazing, great tour leader.
