Join us on a day trip to the Peloponnese, where history and stunning landscapes combine for an unforgettable experience. Your journey begins with a scenic one-hour drive from Athens to the famous Corinth Canal, a marvel of engineering that connects the Gulf of Corinth with the Aegean Sea. This canal, which took centuries to complete, transformed Piraeus into a major Mediterranean port and made the Peloponnese an island. We’ll stop here for 45 minutes to admire the breathtaking views and allow time for refreshments.

Next, continue to Ancient Corinth, a city rich in both Greek and Roman history. Once a powerful city-state, Corinth was home to legends such as Jason of the Argonauts and the Apostle Paul. Explore the ancient Temple of Apollo, the remains of Roman theaters, and other imperial structures with the help of our Virtual Reality device and audio guide, which brings the ancient world to life. After a 3-hour visit, including time for lunch, we make our way back along the coastal road, stopping briefly at the ancient port of Kenchreai for photos before returning to Athens.
