Topkapi Palace Ticket Meeting Point:
Meet your host at the Turquoise Tours & Tickets kiosk inside the Topkapi Cafe. The Topkapi Cafe is located outside the Topkapi Palace, next to the Hagia Sophia Visiting Area and Tourism Police.
Bosphorus Cruise Meeting Point:

Departure of the Bosphorus Cruise is daily at 12 PM and 3 PM. Between April and October, the cruise is available at 12 PM, 3 PM and 6 .30PM. Your tour guide will show you the way to the pier in app. 10 min walking distance from the Old City. If you can not make the cruise the same day, you are welcome to join the next day.
At the Topkapi Palace, you skip the ticket lines, but you can not skip the security lines. In the high season the security lines can take up to 30 minutes.

The boat will return at the same point and then you are free to walk back to the old town center.
