How It Works

Collect your card at any Tourist Office or digital airport kiosk (available 24/7).
Pick it up at Plaza del Ayuntamiento office or Joaquín Sorolla station (office hours apply).
Activation & Validity:
- The card is activated upon first use and remains valid for 72 hours.
- Scan it at bus, tram, metro, or train stations to travel for free.
- Show it at museum, monument, and attraction entrances for free entry or discounts.
- Enjoy additional discounts by presenting it at participating restaurants and shops.
Kids & Special Discounts:
- Available for children ages 6-12.
- Children under 15 get free entry to municipal museums and monuments.
- Children under 6 travel free on buses and commuter trains, while children under 10 travel free on metro and tram.
- Discounts for seniors, students, and people with disabilities are available at Tourist Offices.
Collection from Digital Kiosks:
- Pick up your card from airport kiosks (24/7), Plaza del Ayuntamiento, or Joaquín Sorolla station.
- Enter the reference number from your voucher or scan the QR code.
- Note: Joaquín Sorolla station closes from 00:00 to 06:00, and Plaza del Ayuntamiento kiosk is only available during office hours.
Buying Tickets in Advance:
- If purchasing attraction tickets along with your Valencia Tourist Card, discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.
