Your guide will greet you at the hotel and invite you for the fully private sightseeing.

A cultural and spiritual center for European Jews dating back to the 11th century, Warsaw holds a remarkable collection of sights to explore. This half-day tour gives you a look at the city's enduring Jewish heritage, as well as memorials to the calamities of the Holocaust.

A private guide meets you at your hotel to start your tour to the sights of old Jewish Warsaw.

Visit the Nozyk Synagogue, the only Jewish house of prayer to survive the destruction of World War II, as well as the famous cemetery on Okopowa Street, one of the largest Jewish cemeteries in Europe.

Your tour also visits monuments that recall the atrocities of World War II, from the remnants of the Warsaw Ghetto to the Umschlagplatz, where Polish Jews were forced onto freight cars headed for Nazi extermination camps. Learn about the brave resistance of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in 1943 with a visit to the Monument to the Ghetto Heroes.

Throughout the tour, your guide shares insight about Polish Jews who earned fame around the world, from Arthur Rubinstein to Wladyslaw Szpilman, whose story was the focus of the movie The Pianist. Head back to your hotel with a new appreciation for the city's past.
