The Classic Pass was essential for our brief visit to Kyoto. The HOHO bus was incredibly useful for reaching distant temples. Having the Kyoto Tower ticket included was perfect for an evening activity. The pass is excellent value and very straightforward to use.

Fantastic pass overall the 72-hour duration and the inclusion of both major day trips made our long weekend perfect The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because the pick-up location for the Auschwitz tour was slightly confusing and we had to ask several people before finding the exact spot a clearer map would be ideal but the tour itself was flawless.

The tours themselves like Auschwitz and the Salt Mine were incredibly valuable and well-organized by the pass but cu.stomer support took a whole day to reply when I had a simple question about the HOHO bus stop This lack of timely help when dealing with such serious, time-sensitive tours was genuinely frustrating which is why I can only give 3 stars
