The Doge's Palace was very crowded even with the pass entry, but the entry process itself was fast. My only minor critique is the crowd, not the pass itself. The Vaporetto transport was incredibly useful for getting everywhere we wanted to go.

Good inclusions, but I had a frustrating issue trying to activate the Vaporetto ticket link initially, and customer service took a long time to respond and fix it. Once it was working, the pass was great for the entry, but the slow start was annoying.
