It worked perfectly across the city.
After comparing several tourist passes I chose this one, and very well. You save money, and especially time in queues, and you gain facilities. All the instructions sent to you on the first day with the card are very clear, although sometimes meeting points are somewhat difficult to find, so it is important to arrive about 10 minutes early to avoid problems. Customer service works phenomenal, we had a problem that we lost the Sunset Cruise and changed it the next day without problem. Also very useful is the transportation card that is used a lot and then you can easily recharge it if you exhaust the 5 trips. Highly recommended.
I liked having all the transport and attractions in one pass. Lisbon can be confusing with all the hills, but this made everything effortless.
Used it with my family and it was perfect. We could move freely, see what we wanted, and didn’t waste time planning each day.

The Deluxe Pass is excellent for seeing the best of Lisbon. The Tram 28 rides, Sintra trip, and all those museums — we managed them all easily.
