Your travel plans have changed?
You can cancel your order at no cost up to 1 day before your travel date.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have reviewed your request, typically within 24 hours of receiving it, we will process your refund immediately. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends).
If you don’t see your refund after this period, please contact us, and we will investigate further.
If you find the same included tickets at a lower price on any other website, we’ll refund the difference.
You can rebook as many times as you like, as long as the tickets have not yet been issued.
Once your tickets are issued, changes to dates and times are only possible if permitted by the attractions.

After the free cancellation period ends, you can begin creating your tickets. You will receive an email with instructions to create your tickets, or you can access the ticket creation portal directly using your Order ID and email here: https://megapass.com/my-ticket.

No reservations are required for the following attractions;
simply enter with your tickets anytime during the validity period:

What happens if I miss a booked time slot or date?
Unfortunately, your tickets will no longer be valid.
Why do I need to choose a date and sometimes even a time slot?
Some attractions are very popular, and to prevent overcrowding and long security lines, museums limit the number of visitors during specific time slots. This ensures a better experience for all guests.
Why can you only select your tickets 1 day before arrival?
You can cancel your order for free up to 24 hours before your arrival.
However, once tickets have been created, they cannot be canceled free of charge.

Yes, you do! However, please note that no one can skip the security line. At some attractions, the wait time for security can be up to 30 minutes.
Guru tip: Visit the busiest attractions in the afternoon when security lines tend to be shorter.
Yes, as long as you have created your tickets in advance, you can visit the museums at your convenience within the ticket's validity period.

Your pass is valid for 2, 3, or 5 days, depending on the option you selected. You can begin using your tickets on your chosen start date, and they will remain valid for the duration of your pass.

No, there’s no need! With the tickets you receive from Athens MegaPass, you can head straight to the gate and enter without any extra steps.
No, you are free to visit the attractions in any order you prefer.

Unfortunately, no. You’ll need to have the voucher or QR codes downloaded to your phone or printed out to gain entry to the attractions.
Yes, there’s no limit to how many attractions you can visit in a single day. You can choose to visit all the attractions in one day or spread them out over the duration of your pass.
