Great value, but the boat commentary during the island tour was sometimes hard to hear over the engine noise. The digital entry for the attractions was very smooth, though. Highly recommend the Palace entry.

The pass works everywhere. Used it for the Palace, the boat tour, and the Vaporetto with no issues. The 48-hour transport pass is the real hero here for getting around the whole lagoon.

The pass itself provides excellent convenience and the sights included are top-notch. I did run into a minor problem when the Vaporetto was running late. Unfortunately, the customer service response took too long to resolve the issue. The attractions were great, but the logistics could be better managed.

Very satisfied, but the queue for the Vaporetto at the main San Marco stop was still a bit long, even with the pass. The priority entry at Doge's Palace was flawless, however. Good product, great transport benefit.
