Customer support took a few hours to reply to my email, but once they did, the minor issue with a booking was solved quickly and professionally. The pass itself worked perfectly everywhere else, especially the fast entry to the Palace and the island tour.

I really loved the pass and the convenience it offered, we had a fantastic three days. But I was genuinely disappointed that my entry ticket for one of the smaller museums, which is included, did not also include the special exhibit, which you have to pay extra for. That detail should be clearer on the pass. Besides that, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, especially the Vaporetto access.

It was definitely a great pass with amazing value and so many things included. But it did feel a little bit rushed, trying to fit *absolutely everything* into just three days, even with the long duration. We tried to do too much. Four stars because the quality of the things we did do was very high, especially the tours.

The Deluxe Pass is seriously the ultimate package for a 3-day adventure, we absolutely loved it! 72-hour unlimited Vaporetto transport was a total dream, making it easy to see all the islands at our leisure. Plus, getting the Doge's Palace entry, the Murano/Burano trip, AND a classic Gondola Ride all bundled together was fantastic. The best way to explore Venice and the lagoon, seriously.
