I had a fantastic experience with this pass! At first, my eSIM didn’t activate properly, but when I reached out, Duygu from customer care replied almost instantly and helped me fix it. After that, everything went smoothly — the Palace of Parliament tour was breathtaking, and the Therme visit was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Totally recommend this for anyone visiting Bucharest for the first time!
