Good inclusions, but I had a frustrating issue trying to activate the Vaporetto ticket link initially, and customer service took a long time to respond and fix it. Once it was working, the pass was great for the entry, but the slow start was annoying.

The pass works exactly as advertised. Used it for instant entry to Doge's Palace and for every Vaporetto ride. Everything was flawless and super quick, especially skipping the main ticket line. A great deal.

The Classic Pass was absolutely perfect for our fast 1-day trip to Venice.
