The inclusions were good but I had a very difficult time finding the correct HOHO bus stop near the station initially. Customer service via WhatsApp took too long to give clear directions. This led to a frustrating start to our day.

Fantastic pass overall the 72-hour duration and the inclusion of both major day trips made our long weekend perfect The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because the pick-up location for the Auschwitz tour was slightly confusing and we had to ask several people before finding the exact spot a clearer map would be ideal but the tour itself was flawless.
