The 5-attraction Deluxe is the only way to go for a complete trip! We used the Free Public Transportation all week and saw everything we wanted: Dungeon, Harbor Cruise, Elbphilharmonie, Sex & Crime, and Panoptikum. That alone made the pass worth it.
