Fantastic pass, great inclusions and the digital entry was smooth sailing all the way. But I think the pre-booking for the Gondola ride should have clearer instructions on how to secure the best time slot. That's my only small critique. The rest of the benefits were flawless.

The pass itself provides excellent convenience and the sights included are top-notch. I did run into a minor problem when the Murano tour was running late. Unfortunately, the customer service response took too long to resolve the issue. The attractions were great, but the logistics could be better managed.
