I had an amazing experience with MegaPass in Istanbul. Their staff was extremely professional and organized. Cansin (one of the employees) was especially helpful with making sure we didn’t miss anything and making it a pleasant experience for us. It was great to skip the lines which were long and we got to see all the historic places (Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern among others). Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul.
Talha was very profesional and very quickly to help us out, going even the extra mile so we could get our tickets with extra time to get familiar with the process, excellent costumer service

Had an excellent tour of the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and the Hagia Sophia. Our tour guide Buse was funny, knowledgeable and charming. She made the experience much more enjoyable!🙏🏾 A great way to see the sights while avoiding queues. Highly recommended.
We had a 3h tour guide on 12.06.24 at 10am (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Cistern Basilica) with Buse, who we highly recommend. She is passionate, sweet, and very patient. She was answering all of my questions, and it was a great exchange. Our group was roughly 15px and it was easy to follow her and listen to her. Buse: please keep your energy and passion 😘

Our guide was very knowledgeable, witty, and well-organized. He showed us a lot of hidden gems inside Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. Our guide kept the focus of the group by asking some basic questions about the history and culture of the monuments we were visiting. This participation and interaction elevated the whole experience to another level.

Megapass is a good option for istanbul. They sent our ticket before we arrive and also we were offered guided tours. We visited Hagia Sophia Basilica Cistern and Blue Mosque. The team was very nice and tour guide was knowledgeable. For some tours we prefered guided tour but for some we used only ticket. Nice options !!!!
We booked an incredible skip-the-line tour to the beautiful and iconic Hagia Sophia. This included an hour tour of the area around the mosque, as the tour guide could not come inside with us. We loved learning about the history of the sights around us and the mosque itself. There is an audio guide to listen to as you go through the mosque that comes with the tour. Our guide was very fun and knowledgeable, and taught us things we weren’t expecting. He was very vibrant and clearly knew a lot about the city with some fun facts and tidbits we couldn’t have gotten from anyone else! Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!

Buse was our guide at Basilica Cistern yesterday. She is great, knows her topic. Also, she assisted us to find our tickets we bought online but didn’t receive by email.
We went to the Blue Mosque, the Bascilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia. I highly recommend this tour.

Great to get better value combined pass for a great heritage palce with multiple attractions. . All heritage attraction were fabulus and evening boat trip was wonderful going out in daylight, with sunset aura and returning with glimmering lights of the edges of the Boshoporus Straits.
Really enjoyed avoiding the long files of visitors waiting to buy tickets and the price was very interesting as well as the activities .
Saved so much time and covered everything we came to see. Guide for Blue Mosque was also lovely
Very handy to have all tickets in advance. However some were valid via the QR code alone whilst others needed to be converted into a paper ticket at a different place from the venue in question, which was not always convenient. But overall I'm glad I bought the Megapasss.

A wonderful tour of the blue mosque with Haluk. He skillfully weaved together historical facts, personal anecdotes, and cultural insights, bringing the mosque's rich history to life. We left the mosque with a much greater appreciation for its beauty, significance, and place in Istanbul's history.
Due to their own mistake, I did not receive prepaid tickets for Istanbul monuments in time. When I mentioned this to them by email, they admitted their mistake, apologized and gave me a full refund. This behavior makes them a trusted agency, with responsibility and professionalism. Although I didn't get to see the monuments because I was leaving the next day, when I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely prefer them. I am sure that I will be served perfectly.
