The combination of the Red Tour and the Underground City tour that we selected were both excellent, well-organized and the guides were incredibly informative about the region's history.
I highly recommend the Premium pass. It offered the perfect amount of flexibility to explore on our own while providing structured, high-quality tours for the major sights.
The included hotel transfer was an issue. The van was late by 30 minutes, and the information about the meeting points for the tours was often vague and required calling the local operator multiple times. This pass needs clearer logistical instructions and better time management for transfers.
The process of selecting and booking all the attractions and tours we wanted was very straightforward using the dedicated web interface. It made managing multiple reservations very easy.
The Turkish Night Show was included as one of the choice options and it was a brilliant cultural experience. Getting the reservations sorted via the pass portal was seamless and simple.
The selection of attractions was great, but the pass felt restricted in terms of flexibility. The full-day tours started too early (7am pickup), and there were no half-day options for the main sights, forcing us to rush our mornings. Ended up missing one tour because of this rigid scheduling.
This pass struck a great balance between deep cultural experiences (museums) and adventure activities (safaris). We feel it was absolutely worth the money for the level of convenience and activities included.
The added value of the included hotel transfers (both way) was very convenient and reliable, saving us the stress of haggling with taxis. I highly recommend the Premium pass for anyone planning a slightly longer stay (3+ days).
Great selection of attractions and tours. Be aware that most popular tours, especially the full-day ones, require you to book a day or two in advance through the online portal, which does require some proactive planning. Once booked, the activities themselves were fantastic.
The Premium Pass was the ideal choice for our 4-day stay. We loved having two choices of full-day tours included. We opted for the extensive Green Tour and the thrilling Jeep Safari, both of which were excellent and showed us the best of the southern and northern valleys.
