The digital pass worked well for attraction entry, but the customer support on WhatsApp was extremely slow. It took over 4 hours to get a simple question answered about the validity period, which made us lose half a morning of planning. Good pass, but the back-end support is lacking.
Saved us a lot of hassle and time queueing! We efficiently used it for the comprehensive Red Tour and the thrilling ATV ride. I highly recommend the Classic Pass to anyone looking for convenience and a great introductory package.
