We made the guided tour of Hagia Sofia in Istanbul. Our guide Ali was very professional and friendly, always ready to answer our questions. We entered with priority and hust had to pass security controls (about 15 min wait). I definitely recommend:)

Guide was very helpful when we received the wrong joining instructions from our travel agent, they sorted out replacement tickets and a tour for us.
Good combi tickets and good price. We booked Hagia Sophia and Bosporus cruise tickets in Istanbul. We were missing our qr-codes for the Hagia Sophia, so we needed to ask for them, they replied quickly. The Bosphorus tickets while booking mentioned another pick up point than when we got the tickets. They also mentioned the wrong times, so we missed the boat because of that.we luckily could take a boat an hour later. Good combi tickets if you ask mw.

Best experience I have had so far with ticketing agencies. The customer service team is very kind and helpful, responding promptly to all inquiries. Deniz even arranged me to be able to pick up the Istanbul card at the airport instead of their meeting point in the city centre. Haluk, the Asian Walking Tour Guide was also very informative, kind and entertaining - introduced me to the Rake tradition and had a lovely chat about culture, literature, history, customs and traditions. I can highly recommend these guys. 🙏🏻

We got the online tickets to the e-mail right after purchase. We did a mistake since we selected improper date, but when I got contact to the customer service via WhatsApp, they modified the service date immediately. The tickets themselves weren’t cheaper than the normal gate price, but we could skip the huge lines, which was a big advantage. We visited the very beautifulTopkapi palace, it needed at least 3 hours to see everything very quickly, the cistern needed only 30 mins, but it was also very beautiful!. I recommend everyone to buy megapass!

Without the explanations of Busi we would have enjoyed the Basilica Cistern, but we would not really have understood it. Whatsmore, she showed us a couple of very interesting details. We also did appreciate not to have to queue.

El orden y las explicaciones de cada sección del museo, permite disfrutar de un paseo por la Historia de la Humanidad. En la cafetería se puede disfrutar de un rico café acompañado por alguna croisant, mientras se descansa un momento. Wij hebben een fantastische dag gehad met onze gids Arda. Het was heel fijn om Istanbul door de ogen van de bewoners te leren kennen. De staff was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was zeer de moeite waard en de tour was uiteindelijk voordeliger dan wanneer we alle bezienswaardigheden op onszelf zouden hebben bezocht.

The tour was excellent. We visited top kapi palace at night and were in awe of the beauty of the palace. Arda was extremely helpful and made us feel like we were revisiting history as we walked through the palace. 5/5 and would recommend this to anyone visiting istanbul
