How It Works

Booking: Select your preferred duration (24, 48, or 72 hours) and purchase your Valencia Tourist Card online.
Receiving Tickets: Collect it from any Tourist Office or digital kiosk at the airport and Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

• Collection from Digital Kiosks:
• Available 24 hours at airport kiosks
• At Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Joaquín Sorolla station during office hours
• Use QR code or voucher reference to collect
Opening Times for Kiosks:
• Airport kiosks: 24 hours
• Joaquín Sorolla station: Closed from 00:00 to 06:00, available during office hours at Plaza del Ayuntamiento
Activation: Activate your card the first time you use it by scanning it on public transport or at museum entry points. The card will then be valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours from activation.
Using the Card: Travel freely on all covered public transportation and gain free entry to participating museums and monuments by presenting your card at ticket offices. Enjoy exclusive discounts at various attractions, restaurants, and shops by showing your card.
Renewal: If you wish to extend your stay, renew your card at any Tourist Office with a 10% discount on the same card type initially purchased.
Returning the Card: There is no need to return the card; it expires automatically after the chosen duration.
