Wir hatten *The Frame* in Dubai für den nächsten Tag gebucht. Sind mit der Bestätigung hin, aber es fehlte der QR- Code. Diesen haben wir leider erst erhalten, als wir schon auf dem Rückweg waren. Nach Schilderung haben wir anstandslos das Geld gutgeschrieben bekommen. Also daher nicht nur 1 Stern, sondern 4, da wir vor Ort auch noch buchen und genießen konnten. Von daher wäre es unfair nur einen Stern bzw weniger als 3 zu geben, da alles sehr unkompliziert funktioniert hat.
